With a strong background in commercial permits and licensing, Mr. Tubagus has provided expert guidance on numerous high-profile projects since 2014, working with top-tier companies such as PT Alfaria Tbk., Astra Honda Motor, BSD Sinarmas, and Lippo Group.
In 2012, Mr. Tubagus earned his Registered Intellectual Property Consultant certification, marking the beginning of his specialized career in Intellectual Property (IP). He first joined Trademark2u Sdn. Bhd., a prominent international IP firm in Malaysia, where he honed his expertise in trademark law. In 2015, he continued his journey as an IP consultant at Biro Oktroi Roosseno, one of Indonesia’s leading and longest-established IP firms. There, he provided strategic IP advice to multinational corporations, specializing in patent protection and helping companies safeguard their innovations in Indonesia’s dynamic market.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) in Business Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), where she developed a strong foundation in business-related legal matters.
