Legal 101 is a Corporate Law Firm domiciled at Jakarta (IPR works) and Tangerang (Permit & Taxes works) which provides the best legal services focusing on legal matters for business purposes in Indonesia for domestic and international Client.
Established in 2014 with the name of Stark Adhitama Consulting, in 2020 we changed our identity to Legal 101. With our expertise, professional teams and maintained good relationship with Government institutions and stakeholders, we believe we will provide the best services to the Clients.
We provide services such as Commercial Permits & Licenses such as Industrial Business License (IUI), Importer Identification Number (API), Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL), Environment Monitoring Efforts (UKL-UPL), etc., Intellectual Property services, such as Trademark, Industrial Design, Copyright and Patent prosecution and Taxes matter.

Tubagus Muhammad Irham, S.H., S.T.
Managing Partner
Mr. Tubagus is highly-experienced in various commercial permits such as Building permit (PBG), Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL), Environmental Sector, Traffic Impact Analysis (Andalalin), etc. He began his professional career as project manager at OHMCELL, a company based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. OHMCELL is a company that builds infrastructure and IT solutions for Nokia Siemens, Telkom-Telkomsel, TBG and Smartfriend. With his capability and knowledge, Mr. Tubagus is listed as one of Indonesian Head Representatives of OHMCELL.
In 2012 he gained his recognition in intellectual property service in Indonesia by achieving his Registered Intellectual Property Consultant certificate and in the same year Telkom appointed him to manage their Intellectual Property. Mr. Tubagus started his Intellectual Property career at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partner (HHP) which is The Big 4 Law Firm in Indonesia. He continued his career by joining Trademark2u, an multinational IP Firm based in Malaysia, then he established Legal 101 where he began to expand his career in rendering legal services.
Build a solid consultant team, handled many commercial permits and licenses since 2014, then he was appointed by PT Alfaria Tbk., Astra Honda Motor, BSD Sinarmas and Lippo Group as notable consultants to handle their projects. With his expertise, Mr. Tubagus is capable of prosecuting the Client’s business matters in Indonesia.
Neli Widiastuti, S.E.
Partner
Ms. Neli started her career at the Consultant Office where she handled many Clients matters such as taxes and permits through Government Institution. During her career, she also gained a full scholarship through University and after graduating, Ms. Neli was hired by Telkom Indonesia as Speakers for Permit, Accounting and Taxes at Telkom’s program of Start-Up Incubator named Dilo. In 2020 Ms. Neli gained recognition as Tax Consultant.
Ms. Neli has handled many corporate tax issues and was appointed by PT HMN Bangun Persada Mandiri, PT Kinanti Kreasi Indonesia, PT Bangkit Jaya Teknik Indonesia to solve their tax matters. In addition to the tax sector, she also handled Online Single Submission (OSS) of the Investment Coordination Board (BKPM), in the past year she has handled several Clients to handled their OSS matters, such as Mitsubishi HC Capital and Finance, PT Formosa, Tbk., Dart Energy Tanjung Pte., Ltd., PT Wins Group and PT Sion Group.
